Absolutely terrible experience. I purchased 2 bedside tables and both arrived with faulty latches that do not open properly. This makes them practically unusable, which is unacceptable for brand new furniture.
I have been going back and forth with Daals multiple times, clearly explaining the issue, but they refuse to acknowledge that the items are faulty. Instead of resolving the problem or offering a replacement, they are dismissive and unhelpful.
The quality of the product is poor, and the customer service is even worse. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
