We thought we were getting great windows. With all the windows installed, some of the windows matched. At least have them match in the same room. It looked like they ran out of supplies so they put unfinished wood in some of the windows. Did they think we wouldn’t notice?What sold me with Noah and Blake is the easy cleaning windows. They made a big deal out of this. This is what sold us. Not so. Not one window has the feature. Thats called dishonesty. It’s like the windows were an afterthought. Poor workmanship. We complained. That’s not all we asked for. 30,000 dollars for windows we didn’t ask for. Nothing they sold us on was done except triple pane windows but not sure if I trust that. Then Josh comes out. Acted like he is interested in our concerns but is only going to replace the raw wood windows. Lol. He said oh that’s a sales issue. So one hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing. I call it dishonest from the start. Poor business practices if you ask me.
