Technically, you have to mark your renewal date next year on your calendar yourself because your plan will automatically get renewed and charged unnoticed. (No reminder or consent) When you receive a bill? it's too late: there is no way for you to get a refund because it's their "new policy" even if you contact them the day of the billing. They should either send their customers a consent/notification before the auto renew at least once, or let the user cancel and get a refund, especially when they didn't use the plan yet.I feel like i've been scammed.
