However, this does not accurately reflect our experience.
Your salesman advised us at the time of viewing that the issue with the rear camera was due to the lens needing cleaning and reassured us that it would be fine. We also raised this concern while at the dealership and asked for it to be reflected in the price, but again were reassured instead. In reality, this was misleading.
In addition, the condition of the vehicle was not as presented. Your salesman allowed his Weimaraner dog to shed hair throughout the car, and despite this being clearly visible, the vehicle was not cleaned to an acceptable standard prior to handover.
This is the second review we have posted because our direct emails have not been properly responded to. Reviews are intended to reflect genuine customer experiences, and this is ours.
We believe it is important that other customers are aware of both the issues with the vehicle and the level of customer service we received in how this matter has been handled.
