Disappointing Experience

We had arranged to pick up a car on a specific day, and were told everything was finalized. However, we missed a call three days prior with no follow-up communication, so we were unaware of any issues. On the pickup day, we learned the car's engine was not intact and they needed to order a new part, with no clear timeline. After taking a day off work, I called for clarification and received an unprofessional and rude response from the financial manager. I'm appalled by the service standards and wouldn't recommend them.
