Went in on Sunday to have a look at a Nissan Juke I had seen online, was greeted very warmly and given keys to the car to look over myself, had a good look around the car without feeling like I was being watched over. Was then asked if I would like to take it for a test drive, this was a very comfortable experience, wasn't awkward at all. We dealt with Ryan the whole way through the process, he helped me set up finance, which was quick and easy, we arranged for me to collect the car after I had finished work on the Tuesday, Ryan had everything all ready for me, let me have another look at the car to check that I was happy with everything, sorted out the tax, and explained the 3 month warranty. This is by far the best experience I have had with a dealership. I didn't once feel pressured into anything and actually really enjoyed the process of buying my new car! Massive thanks to Ryan, he is such an asset to Dace.
