What an amazing car buying experience I made a telephone enquiry about a Mercedes-Benz GLE all the way from West Bromwich in the Midlands. I was given a complete detailed report about this vehicle followed by a video. I was so impressed with the professionalism. I decided to make the trip up the M6 to see the vehicle upon arriving a young man by the name of Joe Pembleton approached me walked me to the car and went through everything. The interesting thing about the vehicle and the buying experience. There was one issue with the reverse camera. Also there was one more minor issue with a little body panel missing the young man explained that the reverse camera had been ordered and they were waiting for delivery. I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and I like the car. I decided to buy the vehicle. I was also introduced to the sales manager once again what a fantastic attitude a completely new car buying experience. I picked up the car a week later went back for the reverse camera to be repaired Once once again on my arrival the hospitality was amazing. I was given my fuel expenses for the Travel.
