So I’ll get the bad bit out the way first. Whoever was dealing with me to start with was absolutely hopeless, no communication, no effort and I was having to do all of the leg work and chasing. By the off chance I spoke to Jack H on the phone after and he appointed himself my point of contact for me whilst purchasing my new car. He was excellent and very helpful I every aspect. Car was in even better condition than I expected and I cannot fault him nor the car. Very very happy so thank you.
