This is my 5th car bought through Dace over 25 years. I would not go back if they were no good. How it has changed over the years. Showroom is spectacular. I remember the old porter cabins. I love my car (bought a Volvo XC40). Sales team very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a few things that I wanted sorting and they complied with my wishes. Contact could have been better, as I had to chase several times. But they owned up to that and could not apologise enough. I like they took responsibility of that and made sure I was looked after. I definitely recommend. I will be looking at getting my next car from them, but hopefully not for a few years. Go visit, you will not be disappointed. As they have done everything they have said, even with some lack of comms, they quickly rectified this and made my car even better than it was when purchased. Thanks Dace.
