We chose to shop locally to back an independent retailer instead of the impersonal larger chains. The representative who assisted us with the deep freeze was incredibly helpful and cheerful. The price of the freezer was comparable to that of the bigger store. It was delivered free of charge and on time, with the driver calling to inform us of his arrival. He was also very friendly and noticed my disability, so he unpacked it and placed it exactly where I needed it. I doubt such service would be available from a larger organization.
