Update: I have received the hat at my address. Good quality hat.I ordered a hat for my child who lives in Switzerland. Order was placed on May 3, 2024, and shipped on May 8. I was tracking package with the tracking number and it hasn't moved since May 14, 2024. I have emailed Dad Brand company twice about the issue and have got no response. Absolutely impossible to get in touch with this company.
