I booked a training/viewing in Cambridge and they were so helpful. I explained that my Glowforge which I have only had for 6 months had broken 5 times! And I was on my 5th replacement due to faults with the machine, and waiting on a refund (from the US as there UK customer service team is non existent) I viewed and demoed the Flux Beambox Pro which is miles apart when you compare the two brands. Such high quality and so sturdy compared to the Glowforge. Even after a few minutes of the demo I could already tell the difference, even just in the laser head itself and being able to see all the techy stuff through the back! Not under the sides like the Glowforge. I was able to bring materials and provide artwork ahead of my demo to check if I could cut the things I sell which is priceless. I have since bought the Beambox Pro and I am over the moon! The set up is so easy, I was ready to do my first cut within the hour. And the “example artwork” feature is so handy. Asia is a credit to the brand and is one of the main reasons I purchased the machine. Having her as my customer service lady is worth every penny. I am confident that any general query or any issue would be answered and resolved quickly and that’s the reliability that you need when running a business.
