Before I purchased it I was emailing back and forth with various questions, they replied quickly and seemed genuinely interested in helping me without pushing the sale. They even set up their own beamo in their office with an example of how I could use one of its features. Once I bought it, it arrived the next day and they have always been more than helpful with the set up and any on going questions.Couldn’t fault their service.
