I deposited ₹10,000, but the amount is stuck and hasn't been credited to my account. Despite numerous follow-ups, screenshots, and explanations, there has been no resolution so far.
Their customer service is terrible. The online chat support only provides repetitive copy-paste responses, avoids giving real answers, and continually says “wait” without taking any action. It feels completely automated and seems designed to waste time until the customer gives up.
There is a lack of transparency, accountability, and genuine support. Once money is deposited, the platform seems to disregard the user. Issues related to deposits, withdrawals, or account problems are simply ignored.
