This is a scam. The only thing I will say though the scammers are getting even more stupid. My bank ruled in my favour straight away and refunded me in full. I guess if you resort to trying to scam people then you're born to be a failure anyway... You didn't get away with it with me, and I think just like in Dubai.. Your hands should be cut of in Public for even trying.
