I’ve never encountered a worse online retailer. I ordered some trousers on the 8th December - they still haven’t arrived nor have they even been shipped according to the tracking link. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, as it’s Christmas and had just accepted that they won’t arrive in time. I gave them a message on instagram to check the status where someone told me they were being shipped asap. As the tracking link still hadn’t updated I emailed them instead. They’re now saying they’re out of stock!! But the order was confirmed on the 8th December and they took my money! No apologies, no further information, just “ the trousers you ordered are out of stock.”Do not order from them unless you like throwing your money down the drain.
