Such a Pathetic Experience on purchasing Beetel Cordless Phone. Thought of getting little less compared to Amazon and Flipkart and ordered for now I am paying the price. When I received the package it was already tampered. No Battery was there for which I have ordered seperately in Amazon The product was already used one. There was already dialled numbers listed in contacts list. The Adaptor was faulty not working. Upon reaching the chat support (since no phone support was available), I was asked to upload the unboxing video (fortunately I have taken) and informed the executive will revert in 6-7 business days. Which is pathetic. And no where you can get live agent support. Later I was realised that I was totally scammed by these people. If you want real peace of mind while purchasing the products, better choose Amazon or Flipkart. COMPLETELY STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Otherwise you will end up in spending time and posting here.
