I ordered a Tapo TP link outdoor CC camera and this website sent me a Philips CC camera. I have been trying to connect with them through their support agent chat, send them an unboxing video, but to no avail. First they sent a wrong product and after that you cannot talk to a relevant customer service executive to solve the problem they themselves created. No replies to email except that they have received my mail. This is a fraudulent website out to cheat customers and my advise would me not to touch anything here with a barge pole or you will be sorry. Some shady website operating from Gurgaon. The do not even deserve a single star, rather negative ratings. You will know that the product is wrong only after you unwrap the package, as the original company packing is concealed in another box tightly sealed with plastic tape.
