Unsafe! Dainton trapped us and another customer on their site with no means of escape. The gate closes automatically at 4pm, and they don't bother to ensure the site is secure before locking up for the night. Dainton's lack of duty of care towards their customers is shocking.Emergency contact numbers also go unanswered, only compounding the distress. What if there is a medical emergency or fire? They blame the customer, citing T's &C's signed years ago, and suggest you should get a fob for access after hours. This is of little consolation when you are stuck in there. A real blame culture from both Paul the owner and Stan the manager, who should both consider taking a course in customer service, as telling a very distressed customer who is in a panic that they are "irate" or threatening that they should rather be calling the police on us for being onsite after hours is outrageous. Especially when they are the ones who have locked you in. Think carefully before you entrust your possessions with this company.
