They resolved the issue within a couple of hours after I reached out for confirmation. Although the device was a day late due to the payment hiccup, it arrived the next day after shipping. I considered giving four stars for the initial issues, but the prompt service warranted five. The device seems excellent, well-packaged, and brand new.
