I recently purchased a product from Dakauf.eu and unfortunately I am extremely disappointed with my experience. When I received the package, the seal on the product was torn, indicating that it was opened. Plus, there is no manual book inside.It is clear to me that Dakauf.eu has sold me a used or defective product and that they have intentionally deceived me by not disclosing the actual condition of the item. I feel like I've been scammed, and I'm extremely disappointed with the experience. When I contacted and asked for help, they blamed me for using and damaging the camera and intentionally returned it. I noticed that the camera is not in the new condition but my fault is that I did not take a closer inspection to find out that it was damaged.I will not recommend this to anyone as their practice is dishonest and unfair to their customers. It is unacceptable to sell a product with damaged packaging like new and I will move my business elsewhere in the future.Edit: Dakauf to clarify,1. I have another sony camera and noticed the difference between the AC adapter. I contacted and didnt received the clear explaination.2. When I request return, there is no instruction how should I return so I just let the courier do their job. I am sorry the package is labelled on it.3. My original wish is return and refund so I dont put on mind on inspection. i assume as long as I dont use, the condition remain the same4. I live in Finland and this is how the sellers handle this situation: they refund to me because this is the customers right and put the product to outlet because it is opened and it is not customer’s problem5. The main question here that I never got your answer: the package is not seal, components are missing and you keep blame on me of using and damaging.You would never support on this even though I agreed to compensate you when the package is labelled. I have little time but I will try to report my case to eu consuming law based on the fact that the seal is broken.
