I have placed an order for Fuji camera with lense. The last information I got is that my order is being processed. I have tried to contact Dakauf via Facebook Messenger and asked to check for my estimated delivery status. It was promised to check, but nobody answered. I have sent couple of e-mails, but no answer so far. I am getting a bit worried about this service and it is not 24/7 service availability as stated on the website. At the moment I am not even sure if I should cancel the order or wait until somebody gets in touch with me..UPDATE:After my negative feedback I have been contacted by Dakauf service team and got all needed information. I was surprised by how them do care about their service quality. I think that I was way too impatient when I decided to rate them so low. And of course I received all merchandise even earlier than was promised. Good work Dakauf team!
