It sells trash for triple the price. The one man who runs this fake business admitted to going by an alias: "Dirk Berg"which isn't their name, his shipping address leads to an abandoned house across the street from a church with busted windows and spray paint like a horror movie, and it's all shien quality junk. My order got lost in the mail and came months after ordering (also shipped over 2 weeks after placing the order) and didn't fit my cover, it was too small by about 4 inches. Dirk called me a liar and told me to literally take the stuffing out of the pillow to make it stretch more and that my pillow cover wasn't the right size. I shared screenshots that verified my pillow was the right size and said that I'm not doing that, he shouldnt advertise it to be that size if it isn't, and I wanted to return it and get a refund. He told me I wasn't eligible for one because it should've fit, even though I sent photos that it didn't fit and was the correct size I chose. I told him I was leaving a bad review. He then threatened to pursue legal action saying I was blackmailing him for a refund, and then blocked my email address. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere legit. The pillow also sucks, it lost fluff within a week. I paid about $70 and ended up throwing it out because it waa uncomfy and smelled like chemicals. it's junk. I went to reddit to share my experiences, and lots of other people had their own similar stories. Don't get scammed like I did. Edit: to respond to dirks fake concern. Firstly, this guy tried reporting and removing this very review as "illegal and defamation" lol. It was offline and in review for a few days, but since it didn't get removed, he's going this route. Secondly, nothing was offered to make anything right. I was called a liar, told I was blackmailing him, and then blocked. This is the first I'm seeing this person since. If they really wanted to make things right, they definitely could've before. Anyway, don't fall for it. I have nothing to gain in making this up, you can see my other reviews are good, this was one of the worst online shopping things I've dealt with and it's totally a scam by "Dirk Berg" from the middle of nowhere in Europe. You're being given dollar store quality products for over triple the price.
