The worst customer service and missing package!

I bought a set of sheets and pillows on January 22nd. Until now, I have not received any of it.I bought the olive green set, and it was available when I bought it. Two weeks passed with no sending, telling me there was a problem with the warehouse. Then, they tell me they ran out of olive green and I must change the color of the sheets. In what world can that be possible, since when you buy something that is available, is immediately reserved to that customer? However, I accept in order to get my package as I really am in need of new sheets at home. Then, another week passes and nothing. They barely answer my emails, they do not answer the phone. Etc. It's for now the worst customer service I have encountered. I feel scammed. And even if they send me my things a month later, I feel they will still not respond me for the lack of support I got. I am even asking for my money back and they are leaving me on seen. The worst!!
