I was fitted in quickly because of a concern that I may have got an infection in my gum. The dentist was cheerful and explained all I needed to know. His dental nurse was kind- helping me to walk, and she was smiley too.
The receptionist was welcoming and friendly, assisting me with the stair lift- even operating it for me.
