Robynne was professional and responded timely to my many emails. The formatter and book cover designer did a great job working with me as the project evolved from one book to two volumes. They were patient and most accommodating as I made changes along the way. The only suggestion for improvement would be reviewing the edits before submitting for the client’s review.
