I paid with PayPal and downloaded the app but when I tried to use it, it asked me to pay again and I was unable to get around it. I dealt with the support team, they were helpful and polite, I initially asked for a refund but they guided me through processes intended to rectify the problem, but nothing worked. After 5 or 6 days of this I again requested a refund, I needed to move on from it, and at this point was told a refund was not possible. As far as I am concerned, the transaction was never complete, I paid them, but I was never able to use the app. They offered incentives but my enthusiasm and trust is gone. I deleted the app and waved goodbye to my money. I am disappointed, I was excited to start before all this, it looked fun and the music on the ad was really lively and drew me in. I downloaded the app on Jan 19 and concluded the experience on January 26, 2026
