I thought I would try dancebit to get a bit fit and lose some weight. There were plenty of different dance styles to mix and match. They are for all different ages and levels of fitness. Really easy to use and follow. I had a go as I used to love dancing. Unfortunately do to my varied disabilities I found I was unable to participate.
