I ordered a lovely dress and paid for expedited shipping to receive the dress within 5 to 9 of ordering it. It is two weeks later and have not received any updates about my order despite trying to track my order, multiple inquires and emails to customer service, I no nothing about it. At this point I’m disappointed and I wish I could cancel my order and get a refund.
