I really wanted to love this company and was excited to find great prices of dance costumes... However, I paid for the costumes and then received a message saying that the shipment would be late. Rather than getting a refund, I asked if I could still receive my order. I received no response. I haven’t received a refund or any communication since. I understand that the Covid restrictions are difficult to navigate, but the customer service was entirely lacking.
