Never received my package and when I contacted customer support they were dismissive and said because I didn’t add the extra insurance they would not help. Legally when you pay for a product you should receive it. Not sure why they feel they don’t have to honor non delivery.I will get my money back when I dispute it with my credit card however it’s a shame the DM team didn’t handle it correctly and ethically. To sustain any longevity in business it’s a basic principle to be honest.DO NOT TRUST Danessa Myricks.
