I ordered from this company for the first time ever on August 18, 2024. Today is August 30, 2024 and I still have not received my order and the status on their site shows as 'not fulfilled', so in 2 weeks they havent even packaged my order. I emailed cs to find out status and never received a response. I tried to call but was never able to reach anyone. I reached out on Insta and no response. They have my money and I have no product. I think this brand has great products but I will NEVER support them directly. I started this product with Sephora and I will continue with Sephora from now on. I will never support this business again. I will continue trying to get my money back from them for the order I never received after that, this company rot for all I care. Worst company ever!
