Products are good but customer service is horrible. They have changed the color product formula and I am no longer the same color that I bought in Sephora. Contacted customer service to exchange the product for the correct powder number and have been given the runaround. Cannot reach them and they will not reply and their automated customer service does not work. Absolutely horrible service will never be purchasing from them directly again.
