Duplicitous pricing on shipping. They add an additional charge for insurance on shipping that you can not opt of and it doesn’t show until after your order is submitted. You agree to pay one amount and then you are charged for an entirely different amount. There is no customer service telephone number and nobody from CS responds via email. Very shady business practices. If you like the products, I suggest purchasing through a reputable vendor vs. the brand’s site.
