I bought the rapid shift jacket and it came within a week. There were no hassles. I would say the sizing chart runs a little small. I did all my measurements and it said I was a small. It fits but I should have bought a medium. I'll buy another jacket from them again only bigger. This is my first jacket getting back into riding so I'm alright with 2 jackets.
