I've never encountered such poor customer service. They continuously ignore my inquiries. I've been sending emails and following up every couple of days about my missing item for nearly two weeks now. They truly disregard my messages. The only response I receive is that someone will reach out within 24 to 48 hours, but no one ever does. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My issue remains unresolved. I won't be purchasing from this company again. They need to improve significantly.
