I truly can't understand how this service is still operational. I placed two orders on December 1 through the Canadian platform and followed up a few days later, as I hadn't received any tracking information, like many others. I got a reply stating that my orders were ready for shipping. However, on December 9, I received a notification from the courier indicating they had yet to receive the packages. What is happening here? The customer service is dreadful, with slow and unhelpful updates. I've requested to cancel both orders for a refund twice now, but have received no response. This feels like a scam and I believe everyone should file a formal complaint against the service.
