I ordered a watch as a wedding gift from my partner, but due to a persistent technical issue on the company's website, the delivery address was incorrectly set to a location 3.5 hours away from my home, despite my accurate input. This is the second occurrence of this problem.
I spent over 10 days contacting the shipping service and emailing the support team to rectify their error. Even with confirmation from the shipping service that the parcel was being returned, the company opted to issue a silent refund without my approval, claiming the item was now "out of stock." They refused to resend my wedding gift to my actual address, despite their clear responsibility for the website error.
A refund cannot replace a wedding gift or the time I wasted. They have lost a loyal customer due to their lack of professionalism and empathy.
