I placed an order in November and declined delivery of one of the items. I was told that my refund had been processed, yet I still have not received it. Despite providing my order number several times and replying to every email, the issue remains unresolved. I later found out that another delivery was accepted while I was away, which I promptly reported and made available for collection to expedite the refund, but no courier has been arranged and communication has been lacking. I have followed up multiple times via email, receiving either no response or generic replies that lead to no action. I am now left with the product in my possession and no refund, months after my initial purchase. This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I've encountered. I am simply requesting the refund for the returned item, but I have been chasing this for weeks without resolution. I would greatly appreciate the company urgently coordinating the collection of the parcel and processing my refund without further delay.
