I recently received an email stating that I have an outstanding bill of 1,600 DKK for seven months of unpaid insurance.However, I had registered the payments to be made automatically through Betalingsservice. As soon as I saw the message, I contacted my bank to find out why the payments were not processed. The bank confirmed that everything was correctly registered, but that due to their internal system issue, the payments were never withdrawn to DT.When I reached out to DT by phone and email, I was told that they had sent me the bills by email and that I should have paid them manually. But what is the point of registering for automatic payments through Betalingsservice if the system fails and no one takes responsibility? I did not notice that the bill is not paid, I have many subscriptions and i do not stay to check to see which is paid and which is not.DT showed no accountability for the situation and simply told me that there was nothing they could do, and I still had to pay the full amount, including penalties.Of course, I will pay what I owe, even though paying the entire amount at once is difficult. However, after this experience, I no longer wish to remain a customer. I also never received any reminder or notification that the bills were not being paid.I cannot recommend this company due to their lack of empathy, responsibility, and poor customer service.
