I am beyond frustrated with this company. The clothes I received were unacceptable. The zipper was defective, the material was so cheap it tore with the slightest tug, and the stitching came apart. For nearly £170, this is unacceptable. When I reached out for a return, they refused to assist. No refund, no exchange, nothing. They clearly don't value their customers. Instead, they insulted me with a discount offer for my next purchase. Why would I ever spend more money with a company that deceives customers? The sizing was also completely inaccurate. The items don’t resemble the heavily edited photos on social media. It’s all misleading advertising and poor quality. Save your time and money. This company is a disgrace, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
