I bought a unit, and the quality has been disappointing. There are plumbing issues every couple of weeks, visible cracks on walls, and a bad odor near the entrance due to poor drainage. I’m considering selling, but the current market doesn’t reflect what I paid four years ago. There are now better and more reasonably priced developments available. It’s been a regrettable investment, and I may have to sell at a loss.
