I purchased the property from Danube via real estate broker (Prime view Properties) vice president Mr.Abhishek Naik (00974 54 7952428) and he agreed to pay me 4% as a loyalty bonus after property registration at DLD. Mr.Abhishek gave confirmation through email (company domain) and through WhatsApp message about 4% loyalty bonus. Mr.Abhiske said in Dubai we can’t give you commission, however we can give you 4% loyalty bonus on total property value. As soon as he received his commission from Danube he blocked my number and said I am no more working with Prime views Property, I tried to contact Danube Sales person Christopher Chu +974 504171576 about this issue and he said this is between prime view property and you, we are not aware about your deal. I tried to call the owner of the Prime views property Mr. Himanshu Jain +974 586408977 and he said Mr.Abhishek no more working with us, if you want anything you can directly call the Danube and said don't call and contact Prime vies property. I felt this is scam or there moduse operandi to fool the Investor. If anyone need more in details what happened you me I am ready to share my worst experience please send me email
