I am very disappointed with the lack of communication. I have sent numerous emails regarding my order and have not received any replies. This was a Christmas gift, and I am still waiting for a dispatch update after many attempts to reach out. My first order was cancelled without explanation, and though I reordered since it is still available, contacting anyone has proven impossible! I have ordered many times without issues, but this experience has left me frustrated, and I will not be ordering again.
