I paid, but I haven't received my order, which was a baby stroller. There was a survey I filled out, and I was told that if I completed it, I'd get the stroller at a discounted price. I prepared to pay using my card. I haven't received an order number or any other tracking information. It turns out I was selected, and my money hasn't been credited back to my card, which is why my problem hasn't been resolved yet.
