I ordered two perfume advent calendars on November 4th. About two weeks later, I reached out to the seller, who assured me that the parcels were on their way. However, on December 3rd, I received a notification stating my parcel had been delivered, but there were no packages when I got home. I'm truly disappointed as my daughters have no advent calendars to open, and I've lost over £70.
