I ordered two perfume advent calendars on November 4th. After about two weeks, I contacted the seller, who assured me that the parcels were on their way. However, today, on December 3rd, I received a notification stating that my parcel was delivered, only to come home and find no packages. I am genuinely upset as my daughters have no advent calendars to open, and I have lost over £70.
