I don't like writing bad reviews for good products but I have been waiting for days to access my materials and I need to access them. Not happy - seems like your password is designed to fail - They never get back to you - I have been trying for three days or more - my password they gave me does not work and you have to contact them to reset it which is very strange and laborious. I am fascinated with AI and spent lots of money with Darius Lukas but I cannot access the more than 500$ in products I have purchased. I also want to cancel my monthly fees as I thought it was a one time payment. Product seems great but please get back to your customers in a timely fashion!
