Despite multiple follow-ups and reminders, I only received a complete response after the promotional period ended and the course price increased.Because the team failed to provide timely answers, I was unable to purchase the course at the advertised price. Instead of taking responsibility and offering the promotional price—something reputable course providers have done in similar situations—they refused, citing “fairness” to other customers while disregarding the unprofessionalism of their own delays. After pointing out these issues and requesting a resolution, they ignored my last email entirely.This kind of customer neglect and refusal to correct their own mistakes should be a red flag for anyone.
