I ordered a while back and tracked my order via royal mail it says they still didn’t receive the item from you guys and when I send emails to get updated on what’s happening with my delivery, I get no answers , and I still sis not receive my order and my money didn’t get back to me either :) never ordering again, and no one one answers DM’s on insta either.
Shipping is 1 to 2 business days on their website. I've been waiting 8 days and still not had a dispatch notification. Emailed the company twice with no response. I'm now going away and wanted the items before so I'm very disappointed. Will not be ordering from them again.
